ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 - KIRKLEES COUNCIL

(PIKE LAW LANE, SCAPEGOAT HILL, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Pike Law Lane, Scapegoat Hill from its junction with High Street, to its junction with Pike Law Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Pike Law Road, Slaithwaite Gate, High Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 28 October 2024 and remain in force until 29 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(GAWTHORPE LANE/GAWTHORPE GREEN LANE, LEPTON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Gawthorpe Lane/Gawthorpe Green Lane, Lepton from its junction with Lane Side Lane to a point approximately 230 metres north of the junction with Lucy Lane and from a point approximately 105 metres northwest of the junction with Addle Croft Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles will be available via Gawthorpe Green Lane, Addle Croft Lane, Sands Lane, Healey Green Lane, Liley Lane, Bellstring Lane, Cockley Hill Lane, Town Road, Shop Lane, St Mary’s Lane, School Lane, Waterloo Road, Wakefield Road, Chimney Lane, Gawthorpe Lane.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 28 October 2024 and will remain in force until 30 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(MEAL HILL ROAD, HOLME, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Meal Hill Road, Holme from its junction with Woodhead Road, to a point outside property no. 19 Meal Hill Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No diversion required. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 28 October 2024 and remain in force until 1 November 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to18 months if necessary)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Lower Wellhouse Road/Share Hill/Brook Road, Golcar from its junction with Copley Bank Road to its junction with Carr Top Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

(GILTHWAITES LANE, DENBY DALE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Gilthwaites Lane, Denby Dale from its junction with Wakefield Road, to a point outside property no. 2 Gilthwaites Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 31 October 2024 21:00 hours and remain in force for until 1 November 2024 01:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(ISLAND DRIVE, BROCKHOLES, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Island Drive, Holmfirth for the full length of Island Drive PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Wolfstones Road, Netherthong from its junction with Wilshaw Road for approximately 500 metres PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bradford Road, Fixby from a point outside property no. 515 Bradford Road to a point outside property no. 525 Bradford Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Birds Edge Lane, Birds Edge from a point outside Highfield Farm to a point outside The Granary PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 29 October 2024 and remain in force for approximately one day between 09:30 hours to 13:30 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(GREENHEAD ROAD, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Greenhead Road, Huddersfield from a point approximately 22 metres from its junction of Park Grove in both directions PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Greenhead Road, Park Avenue, Park Drive South, Gledholt Road, Greenhead Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 29 October 2024 and remain in force for approximately one day between 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(HAMPSHIRE STREET, MOLDGREEN, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) [(NO 2)] ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Hampshire Street, Moldgreen from a point outside property no. 8 Hampshire Street to a point outside property no. 2 Hampshire Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. (BRITANNIA ROAD/NED LANE/ BANK O DAM, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Britannia Road/Ned Lane/Bank O Dam, Slaithwaite from its junction with Carr Lane to its junction with Ned Lane/Britannia Road to its junction with Manchester Road/ Ned Lane to its junction with Manchester Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Sunday 13 October 2024 from 16:30 hours and will remain in force until 21 October 2024 to 00:00 hours - closure Mondays to Saturday 18:30 to 00:00 hours and Sundays 16:30 to 00:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(BRIESTFIELD ROAD, GRANGE MOOR, WAKEFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Briestfield Road, Grange Moor from its junction with Steeple Avenue, Grange Moor to its junction with South View Terrace, Grange Moor PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Pole Gate, Huddersfield from its junction with Pole Gate, Huddersfield to its junction with Laund Road, Huddersfield PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Zetland Street, Huddersfield from its junction with Queen Street, Huddersfield for approximately 140 metres along Zetland Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Gibson Street, Oakes from its junction with New Hey Road, Oakes to a point outside no. 29 Gibson Street/right turn suspension onto Gibson Street and right hand lane closures in both directions on New Hey Road opposite Gibson Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 17 October 2024 and remain in force for approximately one day between 09:00 hours to 23:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(JAGGER LANE/WELLHOUSE LANE, KIRKHEATON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Jagger Lane/Wellhouse Lane, Kirkheaton from a point approximately 290 metres from its junction with Dalton Bank Road to a point approximately 150 metres North of its junction with Cold Royd Lane and for the whole of Wellhouse Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Jagger Lane, Nettleton Road, Sutton Avenue, Crossley Lane, School Lane, St Mary’s Lane, Shop Lane, Bankfield Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 16 October 2024 and remain in force until 17 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
