What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BROOKHAY LANE, HILLIARDS CROSS) (PROHIBITION OF ANY VEHICLES OVER 13 TONNES GROSS) ORDER 20**

Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit the use by any vehicle exceeding a maximum gross operating weight of 13 tonnes on Brookhay Lane, Hillards Cross. Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH and during opening hours at Lichfield Library, The Guild of St Mary’s Centre, Market  Square, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6LG or at www.staffordshire.gov.uk/ trafficregulationorders. Objections or representations should be sent in writing to: Highway Maintenance and Network Management, Third Floor, Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH or to: trafficregulationorderobjections@staffordshire. gov.uk not later than 30/10/2024 quoting reference HoCPS/TM/TR26/24 and stating the grounds on which they are made.


ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 08/10/2024 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

A5127 Burton Rd, Lichfield. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=140408011. The Order will come into operation on 14/10/2024 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works w

Priory Ave, Rugeley. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=140377360. The Order will come into operation on 14/10/2024 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 28/05/2025. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the highway and new roundabout access works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Cedar Rd, Burntwood. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=140328022. The Order will come into operation on 14/10/2024 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/10/2024. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new storm drain connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Blithbury Rd, near Rugeley. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=139953315. The Order will come into operation on 28/10/2024 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 01/11/2024. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the gas service works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Main St, Alrewas. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=139840322. The Order will come into operation on 29/10/2024 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 31/10/2024. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Pressure Post installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Roddige Ln, Bell Bridge. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=139363670. The Order will come into operation on 28/10/2024 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 29/10/2024. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the works to consolidate ballast to improve track quality, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
