The County of Cornwall (Trevarno, Sithney Green, Sithney) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 7th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Sithney. This prohibition is necessary for poling, cabling and tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd October 2024 to 24th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Trevarno between the junctions of Scholars Lane and Tregoose and Sithney Green between the junction of Scholars Lane and the property named Wrays Cottage, Sithney.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 7th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for SAMs and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st October 2024 to 25th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - A39 between Carland Cross and Union Hill Truro for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penryn. This prohibition is necessary for SAMs maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th November 2024 to 7th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force
between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - A39 Between Antron Hill And Union Road, Penryn for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 7th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Blackwater. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st October 2024 to 1st November 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Road From Roundabout At The A3047 And A30 Slip To Blackbirds Cottage, Scorrier, Road From Blackbirds Cottage To Junction At Snowdrop Cottage, Road From Snowdrop Cottage To Homeleigh, West End, Road From Homeleigh To Grove Farm, Road From Grove Farm To Junction At Meadowside, East Hill, Road From Junction At Meadowside To Cledma and Road From Cledma To Chiverton Cross Roundabout, Chiverton Cross, Blackwater for their entire lengths.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 7th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Blackwater. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Road From Roundabout At The A3047 And A30 Slip To Blackbirds Cottage, Scorrier, Road From Blackbirds Cottage To Junction At Snowdrop Cottage, Road From Snowdrop Cottage To Homeleigh, West End, Road From Homeleigh To Grove Farm, Road From Grove Farm To Junction At Meadowside, East Hill, Road From Junction At Meadowside To Cledma and Road From Cledma To Chiverton Cross Roundabout, Chiverton Cross, Blackwater for their entire lengths.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carharrack. This prohibition is necessary for footway improvement and carriageway resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 to 13th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Chenhale, Carharrack between the junctions of North Hill and Tremayne Road and Road From Tolcarne Road To North Hill. St Day between the junctions of Burnwithian and North Hill.
