(Thttc3574 Breach Hill Lane, Chew Stoke) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2024
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Breach Hill Lane, Chew Stoke from its junction with B3114 Stoke Hill extending south west to a point outside Whitehall House. USRN: 47920088.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wessex Water to replace a damaged section 81 manhole cover in the carriageway on the 14th October 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for TWO DAYS between 08:00-16:00hrs only.

(Thttc3591 Undertown Lane, Compton Martin) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2024
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Undertown Lane, Compton Martin from its junction with Undertown extending west for approximately 60 metres. USRN: 47902562.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bristol Water to replace a stop tap on the 29th October 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for THREE DAYS.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Undertown Lane (remainder) – Yew Tree Lane – A368 The Street – Mill Lane – Undertown Lane – vice versa.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of B3114 Bristol Road, Chew Stoke from its junction with Pagans Hill extending south to its junction with Walley Court Road. USRN: 47918963.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bath & North East Somerset Council to carry out drainage improvement works to remove highway flooding on the 28th October 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for TWO DAYS between 09:30-15:00hrs.
