NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Land between A46 Hykeham Roundabout and A15 Sleaford Road in the county of Lincolnshire
Take notice that application is being made by: Lincolnshire County Council
For planning permission to: Construction of the North Hykeham Relief Road (NHRR) between the A46 Hykeham Roundabout and the A15 Sleaford Road Roundabout at the end of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass (LEB), with junctions at South Hykeham Road, Brant Road and Grantham Road. It is a s73 application to vary condition 16 of planning permission PL/0087/23 (23/1447/CCC) to omit the need for a pre-commencement quail survey before the Exolum pipeline diversion as part of the approved works.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
