KIRKLEES COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

(LEEDS ROAD, MIRFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit
any vehicle to proceed in that length of Market Street, Huddersfield from its junction with High Street, Huddersfield to its junction with Ramsden
Street, Huddersfield PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on
or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No Diversion required, bus lane closure only inbound towards Huddersfield.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 17 October 2024 20:00 hours and remain in force until 18 October 2024 05:00
hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(HUDDERSFIELD ROAD, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Huddersfield Street, Dewsbury from its junction with Cemetery Road, Dewsbury to its junction with Pinfold
Lane, Dewsbury PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on
or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Huddersfield Road, Leeds Road, Frost Hill, Westgate, High Street, Halifax Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Webster Hill vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 15 October 2024 21:00 hours and remain in force until 16 October 2024 06:00 hours
(although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(SELSO ROAD, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has
made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Selso Road, Dewsbury from a point outside property no. 10 Selso Road to a point outside property no. 18 Selso Road, Dewsbury PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Selso Road, Rumble
Road, Bywell Road, Bendigo Road vice versa.  It is intended that the closure will operate on Wednesday 16 October 2024 09:30 hours and remain in force until 16 October 2024 13:30 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(KILPIN HILL LANE, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Kilpin Hall Lane, Dewsbury from its junction with Occupation Lane to its junction with Harewood Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Occupation Lane,
Cresswell Lane vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on Wednesday 16 October 2024 11:30 hours and remain in force until 16 October 2024 15:30 hours

(HOLLINGBANK LANE, HECKMONDWIKE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any
vehicle to proceed in that length of Hollingbank Lane, Heckmondwike from its junction with Oliver Road, Heckmondwike to its junction with Redberry Avenue, Heckmondwike PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to
vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all time. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Hollinbank Lane, Fairfield Road, Fairfield Avenue, Dale Lane, Jeremy Lane, Northgate, Westgate, High Street,
Batley Road.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 15 October 2024 21:00 hours and remain in force for until 16 October 2024 01:00 hours
(although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(GRAFTON STREET, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Grafton Street, Batley from the junction of Grafton Street, Batley to a point outside No. 55 Grafton Street, Batley
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Monday 14 October 2024 09:30 hours and remain in force for approximately 1 day until 14 October 2024 13:30 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Purlwell Hall Road, Batley from its junction with Bank Street, Batley to its junction with Highcliffe Road, Batley PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Banks Street, Purlwell Lane, Highcliffe Road.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 14 October 2024 7:00 hours and remain in force until 18 October 2024 18:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Norristhorpe Lane, Liversedge from a point outside property
no. 195 Norristhorpe Lane to a point outside property no. 8 Norristhorpe Lane, Liversedge PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Huddersfield Road,

in force for until 1 November 2024 17:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Child Lane, Roberttown from its junction with Huddersfield
Road to its junction with Fountain Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Huddersfield Road, Lumb Lane, Child Lane.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Meadow Lane, Dewsbury, from its junction with Mill Road, to its
junction with Hartley Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Mill Road, Bradford
Road, Carlton Road, Meadow Lane. It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 29 October 2024 19:00 hours and remain in force until 30 October 2024 05:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(NOVA LANE, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Nova Lane, Batley at a point outside 31 Nova Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Nova Lane, Nutter

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect
of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Providence Street, Earlsheaton from its junction with Skye Lane/Town Street, to a point outside of 49 Jilling Ing Park PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles
requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No diversion route required, one way street -
access for residents. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 28 October 2024 and remain in force until 15 November 2024 (although it can
remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(SYKE ING TERRACE, EARLSHEATON, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect
of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Syke Ing Terrace, Earlsheaton from its junction with Nank Grove to a point outside property no. 1-2 Syke Ing Terrace PROVIDED THAT such
prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles
requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No diversion route required, street is a cul-de-sac.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 28 October 2024 and remain in force until 30 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(PARK VIEW/WESTBURN PLACE, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Park View/Westburn Place, Cleckheaton from its junction
with West End to its junction with Highfield Road and full length of Westburn Place PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Highfield Road, South Parade, Whitcliffe Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 28 October 2024 and will remain in force until 3 November 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
