Leysters, Temporary Road Closure Due To New Service Connection Works

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1052 Leysters To Bockleton Road, Leysters, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1052 Leysters To Bockleton Road, Leysters, at the junction with the A4112. Grid Ref: 355947/263725.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1052 onto Brockleton Road, onto the A4112 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to new service connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 23rd of October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
