Temporary Closure of Cutcombe Hill and Higher Park Lane

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along; Cutcombe Hill - from the junction with Summerway, northwards for a distance of 302 metres and Higher Park Lane - from the junction with Cutcombe Hill to the junction with Popery Hill. A total disatnce of 358 metres.

This Order will enable Openreach to carry out pole renewal and tree cutting works.

The Order becomes effective on 25th October 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 28th October 2024 and last until 30th October 2024 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 3 days.
