(U45234 Synehurst Crescent, Badsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U45234 Synehurst Crescent from its junction with C2048 Synehurst to its junction with U45232 Manor Close.
Reason: New customer connection by Wales & West Utilities.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2048 Synehurst, B4035 Badsey Road,
U45234 Synehurst Crescent (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 14 October 2024. (B4035 Bretforton Road, Badsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4035 Bretforton Road from its junction with Maybush Gardens (NSG Ref 45405972) to its junction with Kingshurst Gardens (NSG Ref 45405956).
Reason: New water main replacement by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4035 Badsey Road, A46 Evesham Bypass (National Highways), A44 Broadway Road, A44 Longdon Hill, A44 Evesham Road, B4632 Leanington Road into Gloucestershire, B4035 Weston Road, B4035 New Street, B4035 Bretforton Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 November 2024.
(U47019 Newlands, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U47019 Newlands from its junction with U47022 Monks Close to its junction with U47017 Head Street.
Reason: Lay new ducting by OCU Group.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47017 Head Street, B4084 High Street, U47023 Lower Priest Lane, U47019 Church Row, U47019 Newlands (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 days (24hrs). Commencing: 7 November 2024.
(U47019 Church Row, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U47019 Church Row from its junction with U47019 Newlands to its junction with U47023 Lower Priest Lane.
Reason: Lay new ducting by OCU Group.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47023 Lower Priest Lane, B4084 High Street, U47017 Head Street, U47019 Newlands and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 November 2024.
(U47203 Blacksmiths Lane, Lower Moor) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U47203 Blacksmiths Lane from its junction with U47228 Gibbs Close to its junction with U47202 Salters Lane.
Reason: Drainage and flood alleviation work by Seven Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47203 Blacksmiths Lane (part), U47202 Salters Lane, A44 Evesham Road, U47205 Cherry Orchard Road, U47203 Manor Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 7 November 2024.
(U44515 Conduit Hill, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U44515 Conduit Hill from its junction with U44514 Rynal Place to its junction with U44520 Mill Bank.
Reason: Reset gas valve by Wales & West Utilities Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion Clockwise: U44520 Mill Bank, U44519 Mill Street and U44519 Chapel Street. Diversion Anticlockwise: U44515 Swan Lane, A4184 High Street, A4184 Abbey Road, B4035 Waterside, U44521 Bridge Street, U44519 Mill Street and U44520 Mill Bank.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 11 October 2024.
(U47029 Farleigh Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U47029 Farleigh Road from its junction with U47033 Orchard Road to its junction with U47037 Cornmore.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47029 Farleigh Road (part), U47031 Fulbert Road, U47029 Farleigh Road (part) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months.
Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 14 October 2024.
