EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Various Roads , Kilmarnock - Town Centre) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024 
On 8th October 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above- named Order, to facilitate Killieween Event.

Temporary Road Closure. Various Roads - Portland Street – From junction Croft Street to King Street for 45m.
The Cross. Full length for 70m.
King Street – Full length for 265m.
Bank Street - From Cheapside Street to Junction Bank Place for 135m.
Strand Street - From junction John Dickie Street to junction Dunlop Street for 72m.
Cheapside Street – Full length for 47m.
John Dickie Street – From Junction John Finnie Street to Junction Bank Street for 130m.
College Wynd – Full length for 95m.
Low Church Lane – Full length for 46m.
Sandbed Street – Full length for 256m.
Sandbed Lane – Full length for 41m.

The Order commences on 25 October 2024 The event is expected to commence from 25 October 2024 at 16:00 until 25 October 2024 at 23:00.

The days and times of the Event may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Taxi And Hscp Staff Access Will Be Maintained Via Portland Street - Croft Street - Strand Street And Exit Via Dunlop Street.

Access for Emergency Services and Pedestrians will not be affected.

EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(U4 Ladybrow Loop, Darvel) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 8th October 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish Power Works.

Temporary Road Closure – U4 Ladybrow Loop, Darvel - From junction A71 To Burnhead Bungalow.

The Order commences on 28 October 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 28 October 2024 at 08:00 until 20 December 2024 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained when possible and safe to do so.

An alternative route will be signed via A71 to the U4.

EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(B706 Main Street, Dunlop) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 8th October 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scaffold to be erected for roofing works.

No Waiting At Any Time - B706 Main Street, Dunlop - From number 84 to 95 both sides of the road.

The Order commences on 24 October 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 24 October 2024 at 08:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 21 November 2024 at 17:00.

Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Doonfoot Road, Ayr - Doonfoot)(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 3rd October 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order in the interest of road safety.

No Waiting At Any Time - Doonfoot Road, 50m total length. Restrictions on Doonfoot Road at junction with Arrol Park.

The Order commences on 14 October 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 14 October 2024 at 00:01 with the restrictions remaining in place until 14 April 2026 at 23:59. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Bentinck Drive, Dallas Road, Troon)(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 3rd October 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Scottish Water Repairs.

Temporary Road Closure – Bentinck Drive, Dallas Road, Troon - Road Closed for 30m on Bentinck Drive from No.15 to No.8. Road Closed for 30m on Dallas Road from No.12 to No.7.

The Order commences on 10 October 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 10 October 2024 at 09:00 until 25 October 2024 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.

An alternative route will be signed via St Meddans Street > South Beach > End Victoria Drive > South Beach > St Meddans Street.


SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Scaur O Doon Road, Ayr - Alloway)(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 3rd October 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow SGN Works.

Temporary Road Closure – Scaur O Doon Road, Ayr - Alloway. For 145m from Junction at Abbots Way to Junction of Dunure Road.

The Order commences on 05 November 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 05 November 2024 at 09:30 until 26 November 2024 at 19:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services,for residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route

An alternative route will be signed via Abbots Way, Earls Way, Dunure Road and vice versa.
