NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3rd day of October 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 9th day of October 2024 to regulate traffic in Gorran Churchtown, Polgooth, Polmassick, Porthpean, St Austell, St Ewe and Tregrehan Mills. The effect will be to introduce, amend and revoke waiting restrictions and speed limits along the lengths of road described below. Where a description of a length has not been specified in relation to a road, the proposed effect will be on its entire length.

The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Restormel and St Austell Restrictions on Waiting Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 3rd October 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
