What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
MARRIOTT ROAD, MARKET END, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to rectify damage.
Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 16 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Marriott Road, Astley Lane, Smorrall Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Headway Traffic Management, Tel: 01564 820 118.
HIGHAM LANE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable open cut utility works.
Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Higham Lane, Watling Street, The Long Shoot, Hinckley Road and vice versa.
Contractor: For STW, Vocon, Tel: 07710 381 792.
VALE VIEW, STOCKINGFORD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between properties number 70 and 77. In addition the one-way traffic flow will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: To enable gas mains works including laying and connecting new gas services.
Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 October 2024
Access & Diversion: Vehicular access will be maintained where safe and possible to do so. The One-Way traffic flow will be temporarily suspended to allow access and egress.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
NEWDIGATE ROAD, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Newtown Road.
Reason for Order: To enable works for HV Cable installation for EV charging.
Order Commences: 28 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 November 2024
Access & Diversion: Newtown Road, Mill Street, George Street Ringway, Leicester Road, Sutherland Drive, Newdigate Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Rogers Civils, Tel: 07498 007 554.
RAMSDEN AVENUE, CAMP HILL, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Green Lane and Cedar Road.
Reason for Order: Complex works – Reinforcement Project.
Order Commences: 28 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: Cedar Road, Queen Elizabeth Road, Tuttle Hill, Camp Hill Road, Green Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Sapphire Utility Solutions, Tel: 07946 004 378.
THE GREEN, HARTSHILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for joint hole in tarmac footway for new supply.
Order Commences: 28 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: The Green, Atherstone Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01455 232 234.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
