NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 01/11/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 day. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake highway improvement works & various highway maintenance works.
There is no suitable diversion route. Access will be maintained.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 31/10/2024 and have a maximum duration of 18 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to safely undertake carriageway patching works & any other various highway maintenance works.
The proposed diversion routes will be signed on site.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984, the effect of which will be to allow for the closure of those lengths of County Roads (Field Roads) & Byways open to all traffic (BOTATs) specified in schedule 1 of this notice. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 01/11/2024 and have a maximum duration of 20 weeks.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 20 weeks.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council & associated contractors to stabilise/prevent further damage to the routes & protect the safety of network users & various highway maintenance works.
