The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.14) Order 2024
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the abovementioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders, which will come into operation on 16th October 2024, will be to further amend the above orders, so that there will be introduced new, Event Day (being a day when any football match or other sporting event, social event, trade event or entertainment is held at Fulham Football Club, known as Craven Cottage, and located at Stevenage Road, London, SW6 6HH) extended parking controls in all of Controlled Parking Zone T.
3. The new Event Day parking controls will operate on Monday to Sunday, 9am to 10pm.
4. A maximum stay restriction of two hours for pay and display and RingGo parking, with a ‘No return’ within one hour, will apply on Event Days.
5. Resident Visitor Permits will be exempt from the maximum stay restrictions
6. A copy of the Orders, the Councils statement of reasons for making the Orders and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected, by requesting copies in writing until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

7. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
