What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING

PROPOSED LOADING BAY, WAITING RESTRICTION AMENDMENTS ON CEDARS ROAD, SUNNYCROFT ROAD & WESTBURY AVENUE.

The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council, propose to make the abovementioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to on: (a) Cedars Road extend the existing ‘AAT’ waiting restriction at its junction with Westbury Avenue; (b) Sunnycroft Road extend the existing ‘AAT’ waiting restriction at its junction with Westbury Avenue; (c) Westbury Avenue extend the existing ‘AAT’ waiting restriction at its junctions with Cedars Road, Devonshire Road and Sunnycroft Road.

3. The proposed Order, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including a plan, are available by e-mail request to ‘trafficnotices@ ealing.gov.uk’ or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.

4. Any enquiries, objections or other representations about any of the proposed Order should be sent in writing by e-mail to ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P075-2024 until 30 October 2024. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
