Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 7th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Cury Cross Lanes.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st October 2024 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Chypons Road, Cury Cross Lanes between the property named Venton Arriance and grid reference SW68859 20957.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300, weekdays only. Road affected - Fairmantle Street, Truro between the junctions of Lemon Street and Tabernacle Street.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary One-Way Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary one-way restriction over an area of highway being A39 Between Falmouth Road Roundabout And Roundabout East Of Hillhead Farm Penryn for its entire length in a Westerly to Easterly direction. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out gully emptying and seasonal maintenance.
The Order will come into operation on 7th November 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 8th November 2024. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis weekdays only.
Nothing in this order will apply to anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

This prohibition is necessary for poling, tree and cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 to 7th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
