TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.18) Order 2024” authorising the stopping up of a length of unnamed highway which lies to the south of Woodleys Tower Block at Harlow, in the District of Harlow. This is to enable development as permitted Harlow District Council, under reference HW/FUL/22/00059.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5706). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Mark Hall Post Office, 34 The Stow, Harlow CM20 3AN.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 10 October 2024.
