What is happening?

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wedi gwneud GORCHYMYN (GWAHARDD TRAFFIG TRWODD) DROS DRO dan Adran 14 (1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a ddaw i rym ar 08/10/24 yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio'r rhan honno o Ffordd Plas Acton, Pandy o'r gyffordd 3'r BS42S Ffordd Newydd Llai i'r gyffordd gydag Ystad Bluebell, Pandy i gyfeiriad y dwyrain am bellter o 595 metr fel y gall Lewis & Hunter roi wyneb newydd ar y ffordd gerbydau ar ran Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam.

Y llwybr amgen i gerbydau a gaiff eu heffeithio gan gau'r ffordd yw'r B5425 Ffordd Newydd Uai, y B5425 Ffordd Fawr, y B5425 Ffordd Newydd, Ldn Ty Gwyn, yr A5152 Ffordd Caer, yr A483 Cyfnewidfa Gresffordd a Bluebell Lane a bydd arwyddion i ddangos hyn. Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr gydol y cyf nod cau.

Mae disgwyl i'r gwaharddiad bara am o leiaf 9 noson neu lai os bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau'n gynt, ond dim mwy na 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council has made a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 08/10/2024 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Plas Acton Road, Pandy from its junction with B5425 Uay New Road to its junction with Bluebell Estate, Pandy, in an easterly direction for a distance of 595 metres to enable Lewis & Hunter to resurface the carriageway on behalf of Wrexham County Borough Council.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via B5425 Uay New Road, B5425 Main Road, B5425 New Road, Ty Gwyn Lane, A5152 Chester Road, A483 Gresford Interchange, and Bluebell Lane, which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The prohibition is expected to last for 9 nights, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
