Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Order 1 under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To introduce No Waiting at any time on Wine Street, Bradford on Avon - both sides -from a point 17 metres west of its junction with C230 Newtown to a point 92 metres west of that junction. Order 2 - To introduce Prohibition of Motor Vehicles (except for access) on Wine Street, Bradford on Avon - from its junction with B3108 Winsley Road to its junction with Newtown. Order 3 - To revoke The County of Wilts (Wine Street, Bradford on Avon) (One-Way) Order, 1965 and re-enact it for administrative purposes to include an exemption for pedal cycles on Wine Street, Bradford on Avon with traffic flowing from B3108 Winsley Road towards C230 Newtown. Deposit copies of the Orders, plans and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may also be seen at Bradford on Avon Library, Bridge Street, BA15 1BY during the hours of 10pm to 7pm Monday, 9.30am to 5pm Wednesday and Friday, 9.30am to 7pm Thursday and 9.30am to 4pm Saturday until 28 October 2024.
