WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL
PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS SOUTHCROFT ROAD, SW17
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Order under section 6 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*;
2. The general effect of the Order is to introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any times") in Southcroft Road, on its north-eastern side, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 309 and 311 Southcroft Road, extending northwestwards for a distance of 10 metres.
3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals , are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made.
4 Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/TMO2063) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

PROPOSED MINOR PARKING AMENDMENTS EDENCOURT ROAD, SW17
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

* The Wandsworth (Limited Time) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 202*.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be:-
(a) To introduce a mandatory disabled persons' parking bay on the south-western side of Edencourt Road, at the side of 258 Mitcham Lane.
(b) To introduce a limited time parking bay, operating between 10am and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive with a maximum stay of 1 hour and no return within 2 hours outside the side of No. 256 Mitcham Lane, in Edencourt Road ;
3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/TMO2064 within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

VARIOUS SCHOOL STREETS
*The Wandsworth (School Streets) (No. 2) Experimental Order 2024
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 2 October 2024 made the above order under sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effect of the Order is to introduce School Streets as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 14 October 2024, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six months from the date on which the Order was made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
4. Whilst the Order remains in force the Assistant Director - Traffic and Engineering, or some person authorised by him, may modify or suspend the Order or any provision contained in them if it appears to him or that other person essential in the interests of the expeditious, convenient and safe movement of traffic or of the provision of suitable and adequate parking facilities on the highway or for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which any road affected by the Order runs.
5. The Council will consider in due course whether the provisions of the Orders should be reproduced and continued in force indefinitely by means of Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Any person wishing to object to the making of Orders for the purpose of such reproduction and continuation may, within the above mentioned period of six months, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference ES/TMO/2065).
6. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION - GRESSENHALL ROAD SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Gressenhall Road to facilitate The London Mosque Foundation Centenary Celebrations.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Gressenhall Road both sides of the road from number 45 to the junction with Melrose Road. There will be no waiting 14:00 to 22:00.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 19 October 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 19 October 2024.
