(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Gilead Road/ Greenhill Road/Longwood Gate/Longwood Edge Gate, Longwood from its junction with Centuria Walk to its junction with Spark Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Longwood Gate, Thornhill Road, Vicarage Road, Longwood Road, Quarmby Road, Oakes Road South, Tanyard Road, New Hey Road, Longwood Edge Road and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 21 October 2024 and remain in force until 27 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(HANDEL STREET/CARR TOP LANE/ CLAY WELL/DEAL LANE, GOLCAR, HUDDERSFIELD)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Carr Top Lane, Golcar from the junction of James Street/Brooke Lane to just past the junctions of Deal Lane, Clay Well, Handle Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Carr Top Lane, Church Street, Knowl Road, James Street, Handel Street, Brook Lane and vehicles can use Handel Street to get to James Street

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 21 October 2024 from 09:30 hours and remain in force until 22 October 2024 to 15:30 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(BANKFIELD PARK AVENUE, TAYLOR HILL, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bankfield Park Avenue, Taylor Hill from its junction with Fair Lea Road, Taylor Hill to a point outside no. 54 Bankfield Park Avenue, Taylor Hill PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Halstead Lane, Thurstonland from its junction with Haw Cliff to its junction with Ing Head Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Stoney Cross Street, Newsome from its junction with Blue Bell Hill, Newsome to a point outside No. 38 Stoney Cross Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Market Street, Huddersfield from its junction with High Street, Huddersfield to its junction with Ramsden Street, Huddersfield) PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Crosland Factory Lane/Woodbottom Road, Netherton, from its junction with Healey Houses, to approximately 650 metres from the junction of Lea Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bank Lane, Holmfirth from approximately 65 metres from its junction with Liphill Bank to approximately 150 metres from its junction with Shaw Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Upper Lane, Emley, from a point outside property no. 46 Upper Lane, Emley to a point outside property no. 50 Upper Lane, Emley PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Marsden Lane, Slaithwaite from its junction with Kettle Lane, Slaithwaite to a point approximately 30 metres West along Marsden Lane, Slaithwaite PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Firth Street, Huddersfield from its junction with Wakefield Road, to a point outside no. 100 Firth Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 22 October 2024 21:00 hours and remain in force until 23 October 2024 06:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
