LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Speed Limit) (20mph) (Woodstock Avenue Area, Sutton) (No. *) Order 202* under sections 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended -

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose a 20mph speed limit in: Brookfield Avenue, Browning Avenue, Sutton, Byron Avenue, Byron Avenue East, Byron Gardens, Coleridge Avenue, Court Drive, Cowper Avenue, Florian Avenue, Harold Road, Kingsley Avenue, Laburnum Avenue, Lavender Road, Sutton, Mead Crescent, Milton Avenue, Sutton, Orchard Way, Parkhurst Road and Shirley Avenue.

3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and a plan showing the locations and the effects of the proposal may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.

4. If you would like to make comments on the proposal you can do so by filling in an on-line consultation response form which can be found on our web pages https://www.sutton.gov.uk/w/traffic-management-traffic-management-orders-traffic-public-notices under View our Permanent Traffic Order Consultations selecting Notices of Proposals and then SL1166 Milton Avenue Area 20mph. Alternatively please send them to TMO Team, Highways and Transport, Kingston & Sutton Shared Environment Service, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA by 24 October 2024 please quote the following reference MOSutt SL1166 Milton Avenue Area.
