Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ashfield Farm Road, Ulting in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 150m north east of its junction with Ulting Hall Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th October 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA002WBLF1D8L - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Ashfield Farm Road, Crouchmans Farm Road, Ulting Road, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beeleigh Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Gate Street for a distance of approximately 20m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA77938355 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new ducting works are undertaken by Openreach

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Creeksea Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 130m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2024 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (N5004P103669N0024501-R1-The Electricity Network Company Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable installation works works are undertaken by The Electricity Network Company Limited.
An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Ferry Road and vice versa (with access only into Creeksea Lane).
The Order will come into effect on 10th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of East End Road, Bradwell-on-Sea in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Bate Dudley Drive for a distance of approximately 90m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2024 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30003939630 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fambridge Road, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 215m north west of its junction with Roundbush Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBLLVC3F001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway)
Order (No.5) 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of the carriageway as per the schedule for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 10th October 2024, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the roads.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Districts of Maldon/Braintree and City of Chelmsford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of the carriageway as per the schedule for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
