Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (A4104 Station Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of A4104 Station Road from its junction with U47112 Maple Avenue to its junction with U47129 Nursery Close.
Reason: Lay new ducting by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A4104 Station Road (part), B4083 Station Road, B4083 Terrace Road, A44 Allens Hill, A44 Worcester Road, A44 Evesham Road, A44 Spetchley Road, A4440 Swinesherd Way, A4440 Whittington Road, A44 Whittington Road, B4084 Pershore Road, B4084 Allesborough Hill, B4084 Worcester Road, A4104 Station Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(C2271 Lower End, Birlingham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2271 Lower End from its junction with U46417 Whitehall Lane to its junction with U46418 Berwick Lane.
Reason: Drainage Work / Flood Alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No access for emergency services, diversion route must be followed.
Alternative route: C2271 Lower End (part), C2271 Broadway Road, C2271 Upper End, A4104 Defford Road, B4080 Eckington Road, C2271 New Barn Lane, C2271 Lower End (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 7 October 2024.
(U44512 Leicester Grove, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U44512 Leicester Grove from its junction with A4184 High Street to its junction with St Egwins Road (NSG Ref 5401250).
Reason: New gas main replacement by Wales and West Utilities.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion anticlockwise: U44512 Leicester Grove (part), U44513 Rynal Street, U44515 Swan Lane, A4184 High Street.
Diversion clockwise: A4184 High Street, U44517 Oat Street, U44519 Chapel Street, U44514 Rynal Place, U44512 Leicester Grove (part).
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle, Elmley Castle) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle from its junction with U46607 New Road for a distance of 30 metres in a southerly direction.
Reason: Remedial works to rectify depression in carriageway by Kier Utilities.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2007 Netherton Lane, C2007 Netherton Lane to Haselor Lane, C2023 Haselor Lane, B4084 Pershore Road, C2124 Wick Road, C2007 Pershore Road, C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(C2011 Radford Road, Rous Lench) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2011 Radford Road from its junction with C2022 The Green for a distance of 200 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Safe working for excavation work in carriageway by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2022 The Green, C2022 Broad Lane to Rous Lench, C2022 Broad Lane, C2012 Main Street, C2012 Abberton Road, C2225 Bishampton Road, C2010 Alcester Road, C2011 Radford Road (part) and vice versa.

(U47029 Farleigh Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U47029 Farleigh Road from its junction with U47028 Abbey Road to its junction with U47035 Woodward Road.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47029 Farleigh Road (part), U47035 Woodward Road, U47032 Abbots Road, U47028 Abbey Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 18 days between 28 October 2024 and 20 November 2024.
(C2275 Davies Road, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2275 Davies Road from its junction with U44627 Porter Road to its junction with U44630 Hawthorn Road.
Reason: New Footway link by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(B4082 Upton Snodsbury Road, Pinvin) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4082 Upton Snodsbury Road from its junction with U47406 Norchard Lane to its junction with U47426 Checketts Close.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44527 Northwick Road from its junction with U44531 North Road to its junction with B4035 Port Street.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order made: To close that part of B4035 Main Street from its junction with U45211 Coldicotts Lane to its junction with U45216 Main Street.
Reason: Construction of zebra crossing by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4035 Main Street (part), B4035 Bretforton Road, B4035 Badsey Road, A46 Evesham Bypass (National Highways), A44 Broadway Road, A44 Evesham Road, B4632 Leamington Road, B4035 Weston Road, B4035 New Street, B4035 Main Street (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 7 October 2024 and 1 November 2024.
(U47023 Priest Lane/Lower Priest Lane, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1: U47023 Priest Lane from its junction with B4084 High Street for a distance of 215 metres in a southerly direction to its junction with U47023 Lower Priest Lane. Closure 2: U47023 Lower Priest Lane from its junction with U47023 Priest Lane to its junction with U47019 Church Row.
Reason: Lay new ducting by O'Connor Utilities Ltd. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4084 High Street, U47017 Head Street, U47019 Newlands, U47019 Church Row and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days (24hrs). Commencing 26 October 2024.
(U47023 Priest Lane, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U47023 Priest Lane from its junction with B4084 High Street to its junction with U47038 St. Agathas Close.
Reason: Renew manhole cover by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4084 High Street, U47017 Head Street, U47019 Newlands, U47019 Church Row, U47023 Lower Priest Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 7 October 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A44 Evesham Road, Broadway) (Temporary 30 Mph Speed Limit) Order) 2024
Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A44 Evesham Road from its junction with U45617 Murcot Turn (opposite White Lodge Farm) for a distance of 1080 metres in a southeasterly direction (until junction with Bridleway).
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 October 2024.
