What is happening?

MELTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:

a. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings  and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-

24/00737/FULHH Proposed side and rear two storey extension. Three Bows, 12 Baggrave End, Barsby, Leicestershire.

24/00885/FUL Erection of three detached dwellings with vehicular access, parking and gardens. 25 Station Lane, Asfordby, Leicestershire, LE14 3SL

24/00794/FUL Construction of one detached dwelling and associated access, parking and amenity space. (Change of Address) Land North West of  43 Church Lane, Long Clawson. 

24/00879/FULHH Single storey rear extension. Brook Farm, 8 Nether End, Great Dalby, Leicestershire.

24/00848/FULHH Replace thatched roof with swithland slate, replaced glazed roofs with metal sheet covering and replace timber entrance screen with powder coated aluminium. Glebe Farm, 1 Main Street, Hoby, Leicestershire.

b. Regulation 5 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990:-

24/00260/LBC AMENDED DESCRIPTION: Part retrospective application to change and alter  all windows within property, with Accoya windows. Cranyke Farm, Eastwell Road, Scalford, Melton Mowbray.

24/00849/LBC Replace thatched roof with swithland slate, replaced glazed roofs with metal sheet covering and replace timber entrance screen with powder coated aluminium. Glebe Farm, 1 Main Street, Hoby, Leicestershire.

A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.

Any person who wishes to make representations to  the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be  sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no  further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
