Various Roads, Acocks Green - Introduce No Waiting At Any Time Restrictions
What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL

(TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
(SHIRLEY ROAD, ACOCKS GREEN) (MOVEMENT) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of LANGWORTH AVENUE, OLTON CROFT, LINCOLN ROAD and NINFIELD ROAD.
2. To introduce a No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings Mon-Fri 8am-5pm restriction on a length of WESTLEY ROAD.
3. To prohibit vehicles from making a left turn from SHIRLEY ROAD onto DOLPHIN LANE.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 24th October 2024.
