ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -Sections 14(1) & 15(2) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Oxford, B4495 Donnington Bridge - 7.5 tonnes Weight Restriction Date of Order: 30 September 2024 Coming into force: 7 October 2024 This Order is introduced to amend the existing closure Order which temporarily prohibits any vehicle with a weight in excess of 7.5 tonnes (goods and PSVs) to drive or wait on the bridge. This is an administrative amendment only to clarify the weight of prohibited vehicles confirming that the weight relates to 'Maximum Gross Weight' of all vehicles (as defined in the order).
This amendment order shall come into force on 7 October 2024. (Ref.T14485/AC)
