Proposed Order: To close that part of C2062 Dordale Road from its junction with U20007 Warbage Lane to its junction with U20216 Hockley Brook Lane.

Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2062 Bradford Lane, C2062 Church Road, B4188 High Street, B4188 Hartle Lane, A491 Bromsgrove Road, B4091 Stourbridge Road, C2062 Rocky Lane, C2062 Doctors Hill, C2062 Dordale Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 30 October 2024.

(C2148 Astwood Lane, Wychbold) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2148 Astwood Lane from its junction with U42008 Horsepool Lane to its junction with C2004 Stoke Road.

Reason: Bridgeworks Inspection by National Rail.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Please note that there is no access for emergency services, diversion route must be followed.

Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F40208 Chawsons Pleck to Middle School from its

junction with U41622 Chawsons Pleck to its junction with C2254 Ombersley Way.

Reason: Bridgeworks - Maintenance by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41622 Chawsons Pleck, U41600 Celvestune Way, U41644 Stalls Farm Road, U41642 Ombersley Road, C2254 Ombersley Way and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 28 October 2024.

(U20403 Rumbow Lane, Romsley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U20403

Rumbow Lane from its junction with C2166 Shut Mill Lane for a distance of 125 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Meter repair by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2166 Shut Mill Lane, U20602 Spring Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 30 October 2024.

(C2174 Hewell Road, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2174 Hewell Road from its junction with B4120 Bittell Road to its junction with C2161 Sandhills Road.

Reason: Remedial works by Amey.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4120 Bittell Road, U23221 Bittell Lane, U23221 Sandhills lane and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F40110 Ledwych Gardens (between no.22/24) from its junction with U41717 Ledwych Gardens to its junction with U41718 Westlands Way.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U41717 Ledwych Gardens, U41708 Ledwych Road, C2254 Ombersley Way and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U20651 Yew Tree Lane from its junction with C2063 Oxwood Lane to its junction with C2039 Frankley Hill Lane. Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2063 Oxwood Lane, C2063 Frankley Green Lane, C2039 Frankley Hill Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 24 October 2024 and 6 November 2024.

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F40956 Cherry Close from its junction with U41503 Cherry Close to its junction with U41500 Cockshute Hill.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41503 Cherry Close, U41502 Portland Road, U41500 Cockshute Hill and vice versa.

(U42019 St Richards Close, Wychbold) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U42019 St Richards Close for a distance of 68 metres in a south westerly direction from its junction with U42018 St Richards Road for a distance of 70 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: New Vehicle Crossing (Dropped Kerb) by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U42019 St Richards Close, U42018 St Richards Road, and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 1 day between 29 October 2024 and 1 November 2024.

Proposed Order: To close that part of: Closure 1: C2057 Dayhouse Bank from its junction with B4551 Bromsgrove Road to its junction with U20604 Putney Lane. Closure 2: C2057 Old House Lane from its junction with U20604 Putney Lane junction with U20606 Chapmans Hill.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4551 Bromsgrove Road, C2039 Illey Lane, (into Dudley), C2039 Raven Hayes Lane, C2039 Frankley Hill Lane, (into Birmingham), C2285 Boleyn Road, C2057 Gannow Green Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 30 October 2024 and 11 November 2024.

(U20201 Brook Road/U20009 Bournheath Road, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: U20201 Brook Road from its junction with C2062 Dordale to its junction with U20009 Bournheath Road. Closure 2: U20009 Bournheath Road from its junction with U20201 Brook Road to its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Road.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2062 Dordale Road, C2062 Doctors Hill, C2062 Rocky Lane, B4091 Stourbridge Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days. Commencing: 7 October 2024.

(U21000 Perryfields Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U21000 Perryfields Road from its junction with A448 Kidderminster Road for a distance of 890 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A448 Kidderminster Road, A448 St John Street, A448 Market Street, B4091 Stourbridge Road, U21000 Perryfields Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 56 days (24hrs). Commencing: 28 October 2024.

(U21310 Fulton Close, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U21310 Fulton Close from its junction with Link Footpath F20566 to Samsara Road (between 20-22) for a distance of 120 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U21310 Fulton Close, U21307 Hartford Road, B4184 New Road, U21301 Rigby Lane, U21370 Drummond Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 28 October 2024 and 8 November 2024.

Section 23 Establishment of A Toucan Crossing On Whitford Road, Bromsgrove

NOTICE is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council propose to establish a Toucan Crossing to serve pedestrians and cyclists in Bromsgrove as follows:

The site of the crossing will be located on Whitford Road, Bromsgrove a point 34 metres north of the junction with the Deansway and 115 metres south of the junction with Timberhonger Lane. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A38 Roman Way, Droitwich Spa) (Westbound only) (Temporary 50/30 Mph Speed Limit) Order) 2024

Order made: To impose a temporary 50 mph speed limit on that part of A38 Roman Way (Westbound only) from its junction with B4065 Bromsgrove Road for a distance of 800 metres and then 30 mph for a distance of 566 metres to its junction with A38 Westlands Roundabout including roundabout.

Reason: Installation of 2 Toucan Crossings over the SW approach/exit to A38 Westlands Roundabout.

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 71 days. Commencing: 3 October 2024.

(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting/Limited Waiting on C2118 Himbleton] and Worcestershire County Council (C2118 Himbleton) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2024

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Himbleton:-

South side: From its junction with Blackpit Lane for a distance of 106 metres in a northwesterly direction. Limited waiting 8am - 4pm, 1 hour, no return within 1 hour & Prohibition of Waiting 4pm-8am. South side: From a point 10 metres southeast of the intersection of C2032 & C2118 for a distance of 63 metres in a southeasterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping on school entrance markings at any time as follows:

C2118 Himbleton (South side): From a point 73 metres southeast of the intersection of C2032 & C2118 for a distance of 22 metres in a southeasterly direction.

The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes.
