(A4189 Warwick Highway, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of A4189 Warwick Highway from its junction with A4189
Warwick Highway roundabout to its junction with U33016 Matchborough Way.
Reason: Bridgework maintenance by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there
is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
No access for emergency services, diversion route must be followed.
Alternative route: B4497 Battens Drive, A4023 Coventry Highway Roundabout, A4023 Coventry
Highway Eastbound into Warwickshire, A4189 Warwick Highway (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 nights (20:00-06:00). Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(U33001 Milhill Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U33001 Milhill Road from its junction with C2123
Claybrook Drive to its junction with U33030 Norton Close.
Reason: Pipe valve rebuild by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2123 Claybrook Drive, U33021 Winward Road, U33001 Milhill Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(U31224 Beoley Road West, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Various Roads, Redditch) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1977 (Temporary Suspension (part)) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U31224 Beoley Road West from its junction with U31223 Grange Road for a distance of 70 metres in a westerly direction and to temporarily (part) suspend the The County of Hereford and Worcester (Various Roads, Redditch) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1977 on U31224 Beoley Road West to allow access to residents and businesses for the duration of the work.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U31223 Grange Road, U31222 St Georges Road, U31227 Other Road, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 29 October 2024.
(C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Rowney Green, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2034 Rowney Green Lane from its junction with U23202 Chapel Lane to its junction with C2001 Radford Road. Reason: New gas connection by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2034 Rowney Green Lane (part), C2001 Radford Road, C2291 Swan Street, C2291 Redditch Road, C2034 The Holloway, C2034 Rowney Green Lane (part) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(C2038 Church Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2038 Church Road from its junction with U30032 Castle Street to its junction with C2038 Feckenham Road.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2038 Church Road (part), A441 Evesham Road, C2038 Feckenham Road and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F30081 Rickyard Lane (between No 55/59 Flanders Close, Redditch from its junction with U32208 Rickyard Lane to its junction with Link Footpath F30081 front No 41 Flanders Close.
Reason: Boundary box Installation by Severn Trent water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Reason: Drainage and flood alleviation work by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
