Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th October 2024 to 17th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Road affected - A39 Between Gonvena Hill And Tredruston Road, Wadebridge between Ball roundabout and Tollgate.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th October 2024 to 31st October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Truro Road, A389 Between Truro Road And Innis Downs Interchange, Bodmin A389 between Innis Downs and Church Road.

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being A3082 Between Polmear Hill And Four Turnings Roundabout, Fowey from close to Penhale Farm Camping and Caravan Park to entrance to Woody’s Bike Park for approximately 270 metres The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because pole testing works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 31st October 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 31st October 2024. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for new connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th October 2024 to 23rd October 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - B3276 Between Bowleys Lane And Greenlane, Padstow between grid references SW 90955:74696 and SW 90923:74839.

This prohibition is necessary for interim to permanent reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th October 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 2359, weekdays only.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works to principal road maintenance and gully emptying are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 31st October 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 1st November 2024. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
