HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:
- Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 21ain Hydref 2024 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 21ain Hydref 2024 a’r 20fed Rhagfyr 2024, gan weithredu rhwng 20:00 a 06:00 (dros nos yn unig).
- Mae angen y Gorchymyn caniatáu i Asiantaeth Cefnffyrdd De Cymru i wneud gwaith gosod goleuadau traffig ynghyd â Gwaith Sifil cysylltiedig mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.

(Wye Bridge And Wyebridge Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire) Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
- The Order shall come into operation on the 21st October 2024 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 21st October 2024 and 20th December 2024, operating between 20:00 – 06:00 (nights only).
- The order is necessary to allow SWTRA to carry out installation works of traffic signals furniture along with associated Civils Works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.

To temporarily close the Wyebridge Street North side footway from its junction with the A40 for a distance of ~20m in a westerly direction. |

Alternative footway arrangements will be provided for pedestrians for the duration of these works. |

- This order may be cited as the Wye Bridge and Wyebridge Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024
- By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
