What is happening?

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 202*

VARIOUS STREETS IN THE BRADFORD EAST AREA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:-

i. 'NO WAITING AT ANY TIME' on lengths of Poplars Park Road, Thorndale Rise, Kings Road, Hodgson Fold, Myers Lane, Buck Street, Robert Street, Gamett Street, Killinghall Road, Bradford Road (Idle), Harrogate Road, Wharnclifffe Drive, Moorside Road, Moorside Terrace, Moorside Meadows, Wood View Drive, Moorside Close, Whitaker Avenue, Delveme Grove, Norman Lane, Stonefield Close, Lavender Hill, Norman Terrace, Louisa Street, Jasper Street, Westfield Lane, Highfield Road, Back Lane (Idle), Highdale Croft, Leeds Road (Idle), Cragside, Thackley Road, Windhill Old Road, Burnwells Avenue,

ii. 'Limited Waiting 30 minutes (Return Prohibited Within 1 Hour) on length of on lengths of Poplars Park Road

iii. 'Limited Waiting 15 minutes (Return Prohibited Within 1 Hour) on length of on lengths of Bradford Road (Idle)

iv. 'Limited Waiting 30 minutes (Return Prohibited Within 1 Hours) Monday to Friday Between 8am - 4pm' on length of Nelson Street (BD5),

v. Revocation of existing 'NO WAITING AT ANY TIME' on lengths of Nelson Street (BD5),

vi. Revocation of existing 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-6pm' on length of Poplars Park Road

vii. Revocation of existing 'No stopping on school entrance markings Mon-Fri 8am-4pm 01 Sep - 31 Jul' on lengths of Poplars Park Road

viii. Revocation of existing 'BLUE BADGE PARKING' outside 22 Smiddles Lane, 58 Donisthorpe Street, Boyton Street (adjacent to 1 St Stephens Terrace).

A copy of the draft Order together with maps showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or examined on the council web site at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order or obtained from Engineer, Shahid Aziz - Traffic & Road Safety South, Planning, Transportation & Highways by email shahid.aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/BS/105846/SA.
