THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (OAK LANE/ KENMORE WAY, WHITEFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council proposes
to make the above named Order under sections 1, 2, 3 & 4 and Part m of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions.
Introduction of No Waiting at any Time - Oak Lane, Whitefield: Both sides from a point 38 metres north of the projected northerly kerbline of Kenmore Way, to a point 33 metres southwest of the projected southerly kerbline of Kenmore Way.
Kenmore Way, Whitefield: Both sides, from the projected westerly kerbline of Oak Lane for a distance of 12 metres in a northwesterly direction.
A copy of the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within it) with plans showing the roads and areas affected, and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, can be requested via the email Traffic@bury.gov.uk, or the postal address below, quoting reference TM2-23-536.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to TROobjections@bury.gov.uk, or the postal address below, quoting reference TM2-23-536 by 18th October 2024.

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (EVERY STREET, FERNHILL) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AND (REVOCATION) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above named Order under sections 1, 2, 4 and Part TV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be the introduction of No Waiting at Any time which includes a revocation of the existing restriction on Every Street, Fernhill. Introduction of No Waiting at Any Time - Every Street, Fernhill Southerly and westerly side, from the projected easterly kerb line of the access road to Fernhill Caravan Park to the projected northerly kerb line of Hardman Street (westside of Every Street).
Hardman Street (West side of Every Street), Fernhill - North side, from the westerly kerb line of Every Street for a distance of 5 metres in a northwesterly direction. And Revocation of No Waiting at Any Time - Every Street, Fernhill - all lengths of road which have been detailed in previous Traffic Regulation Orders.
