Worcestershire - Temporary Road Closures due to Footway Reconstruction and Tree Maintenance Works

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2096 Mamble) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2096 Mamble from its junction with A456 Mamble for a distance of 229 metres in a north easterly direction.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Diversion 1: A456 Mamble, C2096 Mamble (part) and vice versa. Diversion 2: C2096 Mamble (part), C2096 Bayton, C2198 Clows Top Road, B4202 Clows Top, A456 Mamble Road, A456 Mamble and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.

Commencing: 21 October 2024.

Proposed Order: To close that part of A456 Mamble from its easterly junction with C2096 Mamble to its junction with Church Walk (NSG Ref 24111175).

Reason: Tree maintenance by National Grid.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
