Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Ffyrdd Amrywiol, Caerdydd) (Cyfyngiadau Cyflymder) 2023 Gorchymyn Diwygio 2024

Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn ar 24 Medi 2024 y gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, wedi gwneud y gorchymyn rheoleiddio traffig uchod uchod enwyd trwy ddiwygio gwallau teipograffeg yn Atodlen 2 Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Ffyrdd Amrywiol, Caerdydd) (Cyfyngiadau Cyflymder) 2023 er mwyn gosod cyfyngiad cyflymder 30mya ar hyd:

1. Gelli’r Ynn: o’r gyffordd â Rhodfa’r Gogledd i’r gyffordd â Ffordd y Faenor
2. Ffordd y Faenor: o’r gyffordd â Gelli’r Ynn i’r gyffordd â Heol Merthyr 
3. Rhodfa’r Gorllewin: 
I. O bwynt sy’n 66 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â’r Ffordd Fynediad sy’n arwain at Randiroedd Caeau Llandaf/Pontcanna i’r gyffordd â Heol y Gogledd. 

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 30 Medi 2024 neu ar y dyddiad y gosodir y llinellau a’r arwyddion angenrheidiol ar y safle, p’un bynnag sydd hwyraf. Mae copi o’r gorchymyn a’r cynlluniau sy’n dangos lleoliad a maint y cyfyngiadau ar gael yn www.caerdydd.gov.uk/

gorchmyniontraffig. Yn ogystal, gallwch gael copïau trwy anfon cais drwy e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk neu drwy anfon cais ysgrifenedig i’r cyfeiriad isod. 

Mae’r Cyngor yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg a byddwn yn sicrhau ein bod yn cyfathrebu â chi yn yr iaith o’ch dewis, boed hynny’n Gymraeg, yn Saesneg neu’n ddwyieithog, cyhyd â’ch bod yn dweud wrthym pa un sydd orau gennych. Ni fydd gohebu yn Gymraeg yn arwain at unrhyw oedi. 

Os ydych am gwestiynu darpariaethau neu ddilysrwydd y Gorchymyn ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a ddyfarnwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed dan y Ddeddf, yn ymwneud â’r Gorchymyn, gallwch, o fewn chwe wythnos i 24 Medi 2024 wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

NEW TRAFFIC ORDER FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Various Roads, Cardiff) (Speed Restrictions) Order 2023 Amendment Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th September 2024 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, made the above-mentioned traffic regulation order, the general effect of which will be to amend the above named order by amending typographical errors within Schedule 2 of The City and County of Cardiff (Various Roads, Cardiff) (Speed Restrictions) Order 2023 so that there will be a 30mph speed restriction along:: 

1. Ash Grove: from its junction with Northern Avenue to its junction with Manor Way.
2. Manor Way: from its junction with Ash Grove to its junction with Merthyr Road. 
3. Western Avenue: 
I. From a point 66 metres north-east of its junction with the Access Road leading to the Llandaff / Pontcanna Fields Allotments to its junction with North Road. 

The Order will come into operation on the 30th September 2024 or on the date that the necessary lines and signs are placed on site, whichever is the later. A copy of the order and plans showing the location and extent of the restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. 

If you wish to question the Order provisions or validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the 24th September 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
