What is happening?

THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD & WREKIN COUNCIL 

(VARIOUS ROADS, DOSELEY AND HORSEHAY) (PROVISION OF ROAD HUMPS) NOTICE 2024

 The Council gives notice that under Section 90 of the Highways Act 1980 it proposes to install road humps of the following types at the following locations: Type Dimensions, colour and material 1 75 mm high, 1900 mm wide, 3000 mm long, SPEED CUSHION coloured Red and formed in rubber 2 65 mm high, 4800 mm wide, 4000 mm long, SPEED TABLE coloured Black and Red and formed in rubber 3 75 mm high, 4800 mm wide, 4000 mm long, SPEED TABLE coloured Red and formed in rubber Road name Location No. of Type of humps hump POOL HILL ROAD 130 metres in a North-westerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 1 1 POOL HILL ROAD 260 metres in a North-westerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 1 1 DOSELEY ROAD 50 metres in a Northerly direction from its junction with Springhill Road 1 3 DOSELEY ROAD 105 metres in a South-westerly direction from its junction with Pool Hill Road 2 1 DOSELEY ROAD 240 metres in a South-westerly direction from its junction with Springhill Road 2 1 FRAME LANE 50 metres in a North-westerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 2 1 FRAME LANE 370 metres in a North-westerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 2 1 FRAME LANE 490 metres in a North-westerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 2 1 ST LUKES ROAD 240 metres in a Southerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 1 2 ST LUKES ROAD 330 metres in a Southerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 1 2 ST LUKES ROAD 425 metres in a Southerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 1 2 ST LUKES ROAD 475 metres in a Southerly direction from its junction with Doseley Road 1 2 WOODHOUSE LANE 30 metres in a Westerly direction from the access to the Travelers Joy car park 2 1 BRIDGE ROAD 115 metres in a Northerly direction from its junction with Woodhouse Lane 2 1 WELLINGTON ROAD 25 metres in a Southerly direction from its junction with Woodhouse Lane 2 1 WELLINGTON ROAD 225 metres in a Southerly direction from its junction with Woodhouse Lane 2 1 The existing speed cushions on St Lukes Road formed in 65mm high, 1600mm wide and 2000mm black rubber will be removed.
