What is happening?

Borough of Telford and Wrekin

 The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford and Wrekin Buildwas Road, Ironbridge (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce a temporary 40mph speed limit to maintain safety for road users. The order becomes operational from the 7/10/24. The following road is affected: Buildwas Road, Ironbridge from a point approx. 1060m from its jcn with Much Wenlock Rd for approx. 500m in a south easterly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months.
