ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
BEDFORD STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic in phases as follows: Phase 1 – Closed between Regent Street and John Street, 30/09/2024 to 11/10/2024, Phase 2 – Closed between John Street and Windsor Place, 14/10/2024 to 25/10/2024, Phase 3 – Closed between Windsor Place and Warwick Street, 28/10/2024 to 15/11/2024. In addition, the one-way traffic flow on Bedford Street will be temporarily suspended. Please note: The closure will be removed during market days.
Reason for Order: Gas Main replacement works.
Order Commences: 30 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: Regent Street, Regent Grove, Clarendon Street, Warwick Street and vice versa.

COMMON LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for sluice valve rebuild.
Order Commences: 5 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 October 2024
Access & Diversion: Common Lane, Woodland Road, Coventry Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
CROSS STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to lay new gas mains.
Order Commences: 1 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Cross Street, Willes Road, Clarendon Street and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
ARLINGTON AVENUE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from points outside/between properties number 35 to 39.
Reason for Order: To enable works for installation of a new surface water pipe.
Order Commences: 15 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: Arlington Avenue, Binswood Avenue, Kenilworth Road, Lillington Avenue and vice versa. Access to frontages will be maintained.
Contractor: For STW, Route 1 TM, Tel: 01212 894 222.
HONILEY ROAD, BEAUSALE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install stop tap.
Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 October 2024
Access & Diversion: Honiley Road, Rouncil Lane, Dirty Lane, Heath Terrace and vice versa.

GROVE STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Sluice valve renewal.
Order Commences: 15 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 October 2024
Access & Diversion: Warwick Street, Dale Street, Regent Street, Grove Street and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
KINGSLEY ROAD, BISHOPS TACHBROOK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for boundary box installation.
Order Commences: 16 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 October 2024
Access & Diversion: Church Hill, Mallory Road, Kingsley Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Severn Trent Water, Tel: 02079 494 510.
SPENCER YARD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from a point at the rear of 20 Victoria Terrace.
Reason for Order: To enable new utility supply works.
Order Commences: 7 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 9 October 2024
Access & Diversion: There is no available diversion. Contractor: For National Grid, Network Plus, Tel: 0800 6783 105.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
