Broadway And Moston Lane East - Prohibition Of Waiting And Limited Waiting Parking Places
What is happening?
Manchester City Council proposes to make The City of Manchester (Broadway And Moston Lane East) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Limited Waiting Parking Places) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed Order is as follows:
No Waiting at Any Time: Broadway: the west side from its junction with Moston Lane East in a southerly direction for a distance of 16.5 metres. Moston Lane East: (i) the northeast side from its junction with Broadway in a south easterly direction for a distance of 57 metres, (ii) the south-west side from its junction with Broadway in a north westerly direction for a distance of 47.5 metres, (iii) the south-west side from its junction with Broadway in a south easterly direction for a distance of 57 metres. Limited Waiting Parking Place, Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm, Maximum stay 40 minutes, No return within 1 hour: All that part of the west side of Broadway which is bounded on the west side by so much of the carriageway of that highway as extends from a point 16.5 metres south of its junction with Moston Lane East in a southerly direction for a distance of 45.5 metres having a width throughout of 2 metres. Existing Orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the above proposals.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a statement of reasons and plans showing the proposals may be inspected by appointment at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
