What is happening?
CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made the above-named Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 1 October 2024, is to consolidate all previous Traffic Regulation Orders relating to parking prohibitions and restrictions for the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council area in to one Order. The parking prohibitions and restrictions which were previously described in the text of Orders are now depicted on plans accompanying the new Order.
