ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(SOUTHBROOK LANE, ROCKBEARE) ORDER 2024

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 30/9/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 7/10/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: Southbrook Lane, Rockbeare

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Southbrook Lane, B3174 Ottery St Mary, Church Road Whimple, Broadclyst Road Whimple, Cockerams Road Whimple, Southbrook Lane Whimple & Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Trenching across road to allow for the installation of a new mains electric cable to feed 9 new dwellings.

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 30/9/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 11/10/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: Colyford Road, Seaton

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Colyford Road, Valley View, Harepath Road, Harepath Hill, Swan Hill Road, Seaton Road, Colyford Road. Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RC required for gas

mains replacement works.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - road past Rock Farm - road from sewage works to Wellands Cross - road from Beckford Cross to Wellands Cross - road from Cuckford Farm to Beckfor Cross - road from Crandones Cross to Cuckford Farm - road from Crandon Cross to Lake Farm - Bedlam Lane- road from Waterhouse Lane to Memebury Cross - road from Memebury House to Memebury Cross- road from Memebrury Folly to Church - road past Rock Farm - Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Re-Thaching of the property

There Is No Alternative Route.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Traffic Signals Replacement Scheme – Parking suspension to accommodate welfare facilities.
