THE BOROUGH OF WELWYN HATFIELD (VARIOUS ROADS, PEARTREE, WELWYN GARDEN CITY) (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING AND WAITING ON VERGE OR FOOTWAY) ORDER 202X

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce restrictions in Various Roads, Peatree, Welwyn Garden City as specified in the Schedules to this Notice.

Full details of the proposals may be viewed at https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations or upon appointment during reception opening hours at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City from Wednesday 25 September 2024. A copy of the documents can also be sent via post during this period upon request.

Charged at council's discretion

The charges may be amended by the Local Authority giving notice in accordance with section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
