What is happening?

PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2016)
AMENDMENT NUMBER 8 ORDER 2024
GRIME LANE (PART) & WEELAND ROAD
(PART), SHARLSTON

The Council of the City of Wakefield propose to make the above order under their powers in the Road Traffic Act 1984, the effect of which, in relation to Grime Lane (part) and Weeland Road (part), Sharlston is to;

Implement Parking Restrictions on the junction of Grime Lane, Weeland Road, Sharlston.

If you wish to examine the proposed Order you can view a copy on the website www.wakefield.gov.uk/ tro. It does include copies of plans showing the proposed changes to the roads as well as a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order. If you have any queries regarding the order, please email trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk. If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection in writing or by e mail to trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk to reach the undersigned by not later than 12 noon on 17th October 2024 quoting reference CEA/24/8.
