What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

VARIOUS ROADS, LOUGHBOROUGH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 14/10/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Paragon Traffic Management Ltd to safely undertake Manhole works including installation of temporary flow monitors & Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works.

On both sides of the carriageway – Shelthorpe Rd between properties 46 to 65 & 109 to 128; Little moor Ln between properties 1 to 9; Empress Rd between properties 25 to 39; Herrick Rd between properties 22 to 90; Charnwood Road between properties 21 to 101.

BROOK STREET, SHEPSHED TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake highway improvement works & various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Brook St, Market Pl, Belton St, Oakley Rd, Lansdowne Rd & vice versa.

The Order will come into force on 30/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 18 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway resurfacing works & any other various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Belton Rd West Extension, Belton Rd & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 30/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway patching & other various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Meadow Ln, Toothill Rd, Bridge St, A6 Derby Rd & vice versa.

The Order will come into force on 01/10/2024 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to safely undertake carriageway patching works & any other various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

BEVERIDGE STREET, BARROW UPON SOAR
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 01/10/2024 and have a maximum duration of 18 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 18 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Williams Builders Ltd to safely undertake works on the new development site.
