(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure for gas mains replacement. Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Outwood Lane, Horsforth, Leeds in the Horsforth Ward between its junctions with Low Lane and Knoll Wood Park. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Low Lane, Hawksworth Road, New Road Side. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Saturday 26th October
2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 3rd November 2024. The closure will be in place 24 hrs on each day. G Moate.

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Bridge Joint Replacement Works. Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Barwick Road, Garforth, Leeds in the Harewood Ward between its junctions with Barrowby Lane and Parlington Meadow. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Barrowby Lane – Wakefield Road – Selby road – A6120 – Leeds Road- Long Lane and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 21st October 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Waiting Restrictions Point Closure and
Permit Parking)
Order 2024 Vernon Street, Leeds
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to development works, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce: 1. No Waiting, Loading or Unloading at any time on sections of Vernon Street, Leeds. 2. A Point Closure on Vernon Street, Leeds: at a point 16m west of the junction with Woodhouse Lane. 3. Permit Parking Bays on Vernon Street, for a distance of 10m along the southern carriageway edge, at a point 55m west of the junction with Woodhouse Lane. The Order is intended to come into operation on Thursday 3 October 2024 and to remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. Mr C Way

(Non-Definitive Footpath Garforth 1)
(Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2024
The Council of the City of Leeds has made the LEEDS CITY
COUNCIL (NON-DEFINITIVE FOOTPATH GARFORTH 1) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2024 under
Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to close to pedestrians Non-Definitive Footpath Garforth 1 – from its junction with Selby Road (located approximately 220 metres east of Selby Road Roundabout) in a south westerly direction to The Beck, a distance of approximately 186 metres. The diversion route for pedestrians is to proceed north-west from the bridge over The Beck for 150 metres to Selby Road Roundabout, then proceed east along Selby Road for 220 metres, to the start point of Non-Definitive Footpath Garforth 1. The closure is necessary to enable works to be undertaken in connection with a proposed permanent diversion of the Footpath. The Order is due to come into operation on 1 October 2024 and may continue in effect until 1 April 2025, or until such time as the works are complete. (Definitive Footpath Morley 32)
(Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2024
The Council of the City of Leeds intends in no less than seven days to make the following Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: the LEEDS CITY COUNCIL (DEFINITIVE FOOTPATH MORLEY 32) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2024. The Order will close to pedestrians Definitive Footpath Morley 32 – b etween its junctions with Old Road and Elland Road, Churwell. The diversion route for pedestrians will be to proceed in a north easterly direction on Elland Road and then turn left onto Old Road, Churwell and vice-versa. The closure is necessary to enable works to be undertaken to the viaduct. This requires two periods of closure that will be in effect from 06:30 to 19:00 on each day (i) between 21 October 2024 and 27 October 2024 (Phase 1 Works); and (ii) between 25 November 2024 and 1 December 2024 (Phase 2 Works). The closures will be subject to such variation in commencement and termination dates as may be necessary to accommodate the works. In any event, the provisions of the Order will cease to have effect on the termination of the Phase 2 Works, which shall be no later than 21 April 2025.
