What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Borestone Crescent, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20-9-24.

This Order will suspend the parking on:

Borestone Crescent On both sides of the road from its junction with Borestone Roundabout to its junction with McGrigor Road from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 15-10-24 until 18-10-24 to facilitate drain cleaning works.

A COPY of the Order can be provided by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk.

The COUNCIL propose to make the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No 90) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking space at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto.

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to the Head of Service, Environment and Place by emailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk quoting the appropriate reference by 16-10-24.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Raploch Road, Raploch, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic (Northbound only) and Pedestrians) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20-9-24.

This Order will close:
Raploch Road - Northbound From its junction with Back O’Hill Road to its junction with Huntly Crescent.

The order will also close the footway: Raploch Road On its west side from its junction with Back O’Hill Road to its junction with Craigforth Crescent from 14-10-24 until 3-12-24 to facilitate resurfacing works.

Emergency service access will be maintained Alternative Routes: Vehicles - Back O’Hill Road, Glendevon Drive, Huntly Crescent

Pedestrians - via Raploch Road east side footpath and vice versa

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (20mph Speed Limit) (Throsk) (Amendment) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

This Order proposes to introduce a 20-mph speed limit on Bandeath Industrail Estate, Throsk in the interests of public safety.

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to the Head of Service, Environment and Place by emailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk quoting reference TM/6 - SRO/2024(377) by 16-10-24.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Spittal Street, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) and (Bank Street, Stirling) (Temporary Reversal of One-Way System) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20-9-24.

This Order will close:

Spittal Street From its junction with Corn Exchange Road/King Street to the junction of Bank Street.

This Order will also reverse the one-way system on: Bank Street For its entire length from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 14-10-24 until 25-10-24 to facilitate the installation of zebra crossing.

Emergency service access will be maintained Alternative Routes: Via Corn Exchange Road, Albert Place, Dumbarton Road West, Raploch Road, Back O’Hill Road, Lower Bridge Street, Upper Bridge Street, St Mary’s Wynd, Baker Street, Bank Street
