What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

C168 BURTON LANE, BURTON HASTINGS
Order Effect: Road closed between Miller Lane and Lutterworth Road.
Reason for Order: Drainage works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 3 October 2024 for 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Burton Lane, Lutterworth Road, Hinckley Road, Cicey Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

CRADDOCK DRIVE, CAMP HILL, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Green Lane and Ryders Hill Crescent.
Reason for Order: To enable reinforcement works and associated services and connections.
Order Commences: 30 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Green Lane, Camp Hill Road, Craddock Drive and vice versa.
Contractor: For Caden Gas, Saphire Utility Solutions, Tel: 07946 004 378.

D1529 TRENT ROAD & D1524 TAMAR ROAD, BULKINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed between Severn Road and Mersey Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 08.00hrs-17.00hrs.
Order Commences: 30 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Tamar Road, Weston Lane, B4029 Bedworth Road, Severn Road and vice versa. Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only. Access/Egress to/from remainder of Trent Road, Clyde Road and Thames Close to be via Severn Road only whilst works are in progress.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

HIGHAM LANE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable open cut utility works.
Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Higham Lane, Watling Street, The Long Shoot, Hinckley Road and vice versa.
Contractor: For STW, Vocon, Tel: 07710 381 792.

MARRIOTT ROAD, MARKET END, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to rectify damage.
Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 16 October 2024
Access & Diversion: Marriott Road, Astley Lane, Smorrall Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Headway Traffic Management, Tel: 01564 820 118.

VALE VIEW, STOCKINGFORD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between properties number 70 and 77. In addition the one-way traffic flow will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: To enable gas mains works including laying and connecting new gas services.
Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Vehicular access will be maintained where safe and possible to do so. The one-way traffic flow will be temporarily suspended to allow access and egress.
Contractor: For Cadent Gas, Headway TM, Tel: 01564 820 118.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
