NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC -

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -

Sudlow Lane, Tabley Superior

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic - Sudlow Lane, Tabley Superior - Under Railway Bridge

The alternative route will be via Sudlow Lane, Northwich Road, Manchester Road Roundabout, King Edward Road, Toft Road, Middlewich Road, Plumley Moor Road, Pinfold Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on 19 October 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 1 November 2024.
