ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (B6019 THE COMMON, SOUTH NORMANTON) (REVOCATION OF NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire County Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be, in respects of roads in the Parish of South Normanton, in the District of Bolsover:
TO REVOKE THE FOLLOWING LENGTHS OF PROHIBITION OF WAITING
The Common, South Normanton
North side
From a point 13 metres east of its junction with Market Street in an easterly direction, for a distance of 38 metres.
South side
From a point 13 metres east of its junction with Alfreton Road in an easterly direction, for a distance of 61 metres.
From a point 91 metres east of its junction with Alfreton Road in an easterly direction, for a distance of 8 metres.
The Derbyshire County Council (On-Street Parking, Waiting and Loading Prohibitions and Restrictions) Consolidation Order 2016, insofar as it relates to the lengths of road listed above are hereby revoked.
A copy of the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection at the County Council’s principal offices known as County Hall on Smedley Street in Matlock, at South Normanton Library, Library and Information Centre, The Hub, Shiners Way, South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55 2AA during opening hours and on request by emailing place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk until 6 weeks after the Order is made.
All objections and other representations to the proposal must (a) be made in writing (b) state the grounds on which they are made (c) provide a name and address for contact purposes (d) be sent to the Executive Director – Place, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock DE4 3AG (For Attention of Traffic and Safety Team quoting reference Z3378) or email place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk by Thursday 17th October 2024.
