Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the order below under S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Part III to Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

1. To Revoke: 'Resident Permit Parking Area L Mon-Sat 8am-6pm' and To Implement:

No Waiting at Any Time' Restriction on the following lengths of road

Road

Hare Street Springs, (East/West Length) Harlow

Description

Both Sides - From its junction with Hare Street Springs in a westerly direction for approximately 10 metres.

Hare Street Springs,

(i) From its junction with Hare Street Springs in a north-easterly

(North/South Length) direction for approximately 15 metres.

(ii) From its junction with Hare Street Springs in a south-easterly direction for approximately 15 metres.

(iii) Approximately 15 metres north east from its junction with Hare Street Springs south-west for approximately 35 metres.

(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.41) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given Colchester City Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1st July 2022 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The effect of the Order:

1. To revoke no waiting Mon-Fri 10am-11am and replace with a permit parking zone (HC1) in Homefield Close, Epping, for almost its entire length (numbers 1-19 inclusive Homefield Close will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits, with a first permit priced at £65 and second at £107)

2. To amend The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow the properties detailed in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule 1 to this Notice to be able to purchase permits for the proposed zone listed in Column 1 of that table.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TL460 025 revision 0 with revision 1 and replacing tile number TL460 022 revision 1 with revision 2. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on Monday 21st October 2024. (Church Lane, Matching) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Lane for a distance of approximately 525m in a south westerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS523991SB -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting and pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Church Lane, The Street, Hatfield Heath Road, Sheering Road, Matching Road, Downhall Road, Matching Tye Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Field Close & Broadfield Way, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Field Close, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Broadfield Way for a distance of approximately 70m in a north easterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Broadfield Way, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Forest Edge to its junction with Farm Way a distance of approximately 270m.

3. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures only.

"The Essex County Council (Epping District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force". The closures/restrictions are scheduled to commence on 14th October 2024 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2371247/ EP201EH2371248 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures/restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway surfacing, footway repairs and kerbs replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Longfields, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Longfields, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Cloverly Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th October 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410243265 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe relaying works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

An alternative route is available via Longfields, Coopers Hill, Brentwood Road, Cloverly Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mott Street, Waltham Abbey/Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mott Street, Waltham Abbey/ Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Sewardstone Road for a distance of approximately 1250m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th October 2024 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU11300525521-00000001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water.

An alternative route is available via Sewardstone Road, Avey Lane, Mott Street and vice versa (with access only into Mott Street).

The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rye Hill Road, North Weald Bassett/Epping Upland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rye Hill Road, North Weald Bassett/ Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 370m south east of the junction with Berecroft for a distance of approximately 1245m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th October 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30074298974 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Rye Hill Road, Paringdon Road, Southern Way, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary And Harlow Mill Roundabout, London Road, Hastingwood Roundabout, London Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Footpaths/Cycleways District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) (No.15) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close those various lengths of footpaths/cycleways in the District of

Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order. The works being undertaken will take place within an 6-month period from 26th September 2024, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The footpaths/cycleways will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victoria Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU11300456034-00000002 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water. Alternative routes are available via

(Hoe Lane, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 345m north west of its junction with New Road for a distance of approximately 350m in a north westerly direction.. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2024 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30042983616 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole repairs works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, London Road, Abridge Road, Gravel Lane, Pudding Lane, Lambourne Road, Manor Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30 MPH Speed Limit) (No.14) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) & (Nine Ashes Road, High Ongar/Stondon Massey & Mill Lane, High Ongar/Stondon Massey) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) (No.15) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. To temporarily suspend the 7.5T weight restriction in that length of Nine Ashes Road, High Ongar/Stondon Massey in the District of Epping from the junction of Ongar Road to the junction of Rookery Road a distance of approximately 2570m as cited "The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Brentwood and Epping Forest Districts) (Weight Restriction) (Variation) Order 1987".

3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5T weight restriction in that length of Mill Lane, High Ongar/Stondon Massey in the District of Epping from the junction of Stondon Road to the junction of The Street a distance of approximately 2000m as cited "The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Brentwood and Epping Forest Districts) (Weight Restriction) (Variation) Order 1987".

4. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of York Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Church Hill to its junction with Staples Road a distance of approximately 130m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st October 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2371218 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meml carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via York Hill, Pump Hill, Church Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
